In order to install the updated version of the HealthTap plugin which allows you to do virtual consults on your computer, you will need to uninstall the order version of the plugin. Below you will find the instructions for uninstalling Windows 10, 8 & 7.*
Uninstalling HealthTap plugin on Windows 10:
1. Select the search button next to the windows icon 
2. Type “Control Panel” in the search box
3. Select "Control Panel" in the options list
4. Select "Uninstall a program" from the Programs section of the Control Panel menu
5. Find and select the "HealthTap Virtual Consults Plugin" from the program files
6. Select "Uninstall"
7. Confirm that you would like to uninstall the plugin by selecting the "Yes" button
8. You may see a popup notification with the following question: “Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes this computer?” To proceed, please select the "Yes" button in response
9. You should see the progress bar for the removal of the HealthTap Virtual Consults Plugin, or you may be prompted to take any additional necessary steps (such as to close any open programs like Google Chrome that may need to be closed for the full removal of the plugin). After this step, the plugin should have been uninstalled
10. Return to HealthTap to download and install the updated version of the HealthTap Video Consults Plugin, or you may select here to download the plugin installation file (run the installation after the download is complete to install the plugin)

1. Select your "Start" button 
2. Select the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top-right corner of your Start page 
3. Type "Control Panel" into the search box
4. Select the "Control Panel" option from the search results
5. Select "Uninstall a program" from the Programs section of the Control Panel menu
6. Find and select the "HealthTap Virtual Consults Plugin" from the program files
7. Select "Uninstall"
8. Confirm you would like to uninstall the plug in by selecting the "Yes"
9. You may see a popup notification with the following question: “Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes this computer?” To proceed, please select the "Yes" button in response
