Internet Explorer Version 11 must be used and a plugin download will be needed for live virtual visit functionality. If the audio and video connection are not established automatically you’ll need to enable the HealthTap Video Plugin to the Internet Explorer (IE11) browser.
To enable the HealthTap Plugin:
- Select the Settings icon in the top right corner of the browser
- Select "Internet options" from the settings
- Select "Programs Tab"
- Select "Manage add-ons"
- Find the Vidyo Web Plugin and make sure it is enabled (if it is disabled, please enable it)
In order to see the Video Web Plugin in the list, you may need to select show "All Add Ons"
