In order to maintain your ability to schedule HealthTap virtual visits with our doctors, it is important that your HealthTap profile has your updated address, phone number, email address, and emergency contact.
To update your contact information on your computer:
1. Log in to your HealthTap account
2. Select “Records” on the top right hand corner of the screen
3. Select "Contact Information" from the menu on the left hand side
4. Once in the "Contact Information" tab, you can update any of the information you may need to
5. Once updated, select "Save" at the bottom right hand of the screen
To update your contact information on your smartphone or device:
1. Log in to your HealthTap account
2. Tap "Records” on the bottom right hand side
3. Tap "Contact Information" from the menu
4. Once in the "Contact Information" tab, you can update any of the information you may need to
5. Tap "Save" once updated at the top right hand of the screen
