How do I share photos and files with my HealthTap doctor?

You can share files including photos with your doctor during a virtual visit. Doing so may help the doctor provide a better diagnosis and treatment plan.

If you are doing a virtual visit on your smartphone:

1. Log in to your HealthTap account

2. Begin the virtual visit flow by choosing to see a doctor in the Urgent Care clinic or your doctor in the Primary Care clinic

3. Once you've connected with the doctor and the visit is underway, select the "+" icon to the left of the chat box
