I am a member, how do I deactivate my account?

We are sorry to see you go and regret having to say goodbye! If you want to deactivate your account,  you can do it in two ways. Either submit a request to our Member Support Team, or you can deactivate your account on your own!

To deactivate your account

1. Log in to your HealthTap account

2. Go to the “Account” tab by selecting the menu icon in the upper right corner of your home screen

3. Scroll towards the bottom and select "Deactivate account"

4. You will then be prompted to confirm your request and submit feedback regarding the reason for deactivation. Once you have entered your feedback, select "Deactivate" and your account will be deactivated.

5. After selecting "Deactivate", you will be immediately logged out of HealthTap and receive an email confirming your account deactivation.
