If there was an issue with your service and you would like to request a refund, please submit a request to Member Support Team and we will respond within 24 hours. For virtual visits that failed due to technical problems on the part of a HealthTap provider, there will be no refunds; only credits will be issued so you may attempt to reconsult.
For the following, we are unable to issue refunds:
- Appointments that are missed or no shows
- Refund requests due to not receiving a requested prescription or dissatisfaction with the clinical outcome of the visit
- Any virtual visit refund request submitted seven (7) days after the purchase date
- You may continue to use the Membership Services until the end of your then-current membership monthly or quarterly period if you cancel them before your subscription term has ended. Your subscription will not be renewed if you do so. But you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any sums paid as monthly membership fees for the then-current monthly subscription period.
