How do I get a refund?

If there was an issue with your service and you would like to request a refund, please submit a request to Member Support Team and we will respond within 24 hours. For virtual visits that failed due to technical problems on the part of a HealthTap provider, there will be no refunds; only credits will be issued so you may attempt to reconsult. 

For the following, we are unable to issue refunds:

  • Appointments that are missed or no shows
  • Refund requests due to not receiving a requested prescription or dissatisfaction with the clinical outcome of the visit
  • Any virtual visit refund request submitted seven (7) days after the purchase date
  • You may continue to use the Membership Services until the end of your then-current membership monthly or quarterly period if you cancel them before your subscription term has ended. Your subscription will not be renewed if you do so. But you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any sums paid as monthly membership fees for the then-current monthly subscription period.
  • If it is determined at HealthTaps sole discretion that you, at any time, have violated  these Terms of Use or HealthTap conduct guidelines at any time (including but not limited to any use of inappropriate language or behavior)

 

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for monitoring your financial accounts and statements, and HealthTap is not liable for any charges that are actually made or that are purportedly made without the consent of any account holder. The maximum refund to which you will be entitled is sixty (60) days from the time of purchase in the event that HealthTap agrees to provide you a refund for any reason (including but not limited to claims of unauthorized charges). Any subscriptions you have on HealthTap are not automatically canceled by unsubscribing from messages from HealthTap and/or uninstalling the HealthTap App, nor are you released from the obligation to pay for any such subscriptions that are still active on HealthTap.
