You can review transcripts of past virtual visits at any time.
To access virtual visit transcripts:
1. Log in to your HealthTap account
2. Select "My Care"
- On a computer, this is in the upper right-hand corner of your main menu
- On a smartphone, this is in the bottom right-hand corner of your main menu
3. In the My Care menu, select "Visits"
4. Your Visits menu will list all your past and upcoming visits
5. You can view the transcript of any virtual visit by clicking on the visit listed
6. You also have the option of starting a brand new virtual visit from this page by clicking
Start New" which will take to you the Talk to a Doctor page
