Every eligible adult in your family (18 years or older) needs their own HealthTap account to comply with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Only dependent children under 18 can be added under the primary caregiver's HealthTap account.
Here’s how your spouse or dependent can get started:
- Use a Unique Personal Email Address: Each adult must sign up with their own email address. Avoid using a shared family email address to ensure smooth account creation and communication.
- Select the Correct Member Profile: During sign-up, it’s crucial to choose the right member profile to ensure the individual’s details (such as name and date of birth) are correctly prefilled.
- Follow the Same Process: If there are multiple eligible adults in your family, they can all use the same sign-up URL or landing page to create their accounts. https://www.healthtap.com/landing/chm/

If multiple eligible adults in a family are sharing the same device, ensure that each adult logs out of their HealthTap account after completing their sign-up. A new adult account cannot be created while another individual’s account is still logged in.
