How do I Link My CHM Membership to an Existing HealthTap Account?

If you've created an account on the HealthTap website directly and need to link it with your Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) membership, you can follow these steps to complete the process.

Steps to Link Your CHM Membership:

  1. Make sure you are logged out of your original HealthTap account. 
  2. Go to the CHM link: https://www.healthtap.com/landing/chm/ 
    • Click on “Get started”
  3. Enter Your Information:
    • Fill out your (or the primary account holder's) last name and your CHM membership ID.
  4. Select Your Profile:
    • Choose your profile from the list shown. You will see all eligible adults associated with your CHM membership ID.
  5. Enter Your Email Address:
    • On the "Enter your email address" step, enter the same email address used when you originally created your HealthTap account.
    • It’s important to use the exact email address linked to your original account so your CHM membership can be properly associated.
  6. Account Detection and Login:
    • After entering your email, you should see a page stating: "Looks like you already have a HealthTap account."
    • Click Login and enter the password associated with your original HealthTap account.
  7. Successful Transfer Confirmation:
    • Once you've logged in, a page will appear stating: "Transfer successful."
    • This confirms that your HealthTap account is now successfully linked to your CHM membership.
