Credits can be awarded for a variety of reasons such as missing or cancelling a virtual visit.
To access your credits:
- Log in to your HealthTap account
- Select the icon at the top upper right hand corner and select "Account" from the drop-down menu. If you are on a computer, you can do so by selecting the circular icon in the top right corner. On a smartphone, it will be in the bottom right hand corner
- Scroll down and you will see a section called "Credits Available" which will show you how many credits have been aware and are available to use
To apply your credits:
- Once you're ready to apply the credits, you'll need to begin the process by visiting our Primary Care or Urgent Care clinic
- Once you've chosen the right clinic for your needs, you will need to select and follow the steps required in order to speak with a doctor
- Before you are connected with a doctor, you will hit a payment page where your existing credits will be applied towards the visit fee only which is captured below
