How do I deactivate my account?

We are sorry to see you go and regret having to say goodbye! If you want to deactivate your account,  you can do it in two ways. Either submit a request to Member Support Team, or you can deactivate your account on your own!

To deactivate your account on your computer

1. Log in to your HealthTap account

2. Go to your “Account” menu on the top right hand corner of your screen

3. Scroll towards the bottom and select "Deactivate account"

4. You will then be prompted to confirm your request and submit feedback regarding the reason for deactivation or you can select "Never mind" if you do not wish to deactivate

5. Once you have entered your feedback, select "Deactivate" and your account will be deactivated

To deactivate your account on your smartphone or device:

  1. Log in to your HealthTap account
  2. Tap “Account" in the bottom right hand corner
  3. Scroll towards the bottom and tap "Deactivate account" 
  4. You will then be prompted to confirm your request and submit feedback regarding the reason for deactivation or you can tap "Never mind" if you do not wish to deactivate
