If you need a receipt for your virtual visit, you can view your transaction history at any time.
To view your transaction history on your computer:
1. Log in to your HealthTap account
2. Go to your “Account” menu on the top right hand corner of your screen
3. Go to Transactions under Payment tab and then select "View"
To view your transaction history on your smartphone or device:
- Log in to your HealthTap account
- Tap "Account" on the bottom right hand side
- Go to Transactions under Payment tap and then tap "View"
- You will be able to view your full transaction history by description, date, and the amount you were charged. This includes any refunds.
